Bottle shared at the craft beer junction Bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A mid cola brown coloured pour with no head. Aroma is semi sweet, cola cubes, dried fruit apple curd, brown bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty jammy fruits, dried fruits, cola cubes. Palate is semi sweet oily, dull no carbonation. Ok

Taste comprises umami, bitter fruit, vinous, herb, soy sauce.
Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close.
Passable for the age.

Scopey 10K Celebrations in deepest Croydonia. Thanks to Danny. Very hazy amber beer, a few pale cream colour bubbles. Palate is smooth with some modest carbonation. Smooth malts, some honeyish sweetness. Touch of wood. Old marmalade and very mild citrus. Light finish. Has a vibrancy I really didn’t expect and it hangs together very well for such an old beast.

Bottle at CBJ tasting, thanks to LKS. Clear amber beer, no head. Caramel malts, smooth, creamy, a little paper. Ancient dried fruits. Soft finish. Amusing and still drinkable.
