Bag in a bottle at Egham Beer Fest. Aroma is sour... medicinal. Clear green gold. No head other than a few bubbles. Sweet with a sour tang. Medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Reasonably long finish.

Bladder bag at GBBF'19, day four, 09/08/19. Pale yellow with moderate white spotting. Nose is pear drop, straw, vinous notes, sugars. Taste comprises orchard wood, peak skins, sweet twang. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Not bad.

Cask at GBBF 2019. Clear pale gold. Acetic nose, acetone, big vinegar. Sweeter and fruitier than expected. Pear, peaches, bubble gum, light vinegar flavor. Tasty.

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer & Cider Festival. Slightly hazy yellow without head. Aroma is sweet apples, tart apples and vinegar. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 150218

Cask at the 2018 Chelmsford & Mid Essex Beer & Cider Festival. Pours hazy pale yellow/gold with a very small off-white head. Aroma of sour fruit, marzipan and flowers. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, touch of salt and sour. Medium body, oily texture, flat carbonation. Well named!

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer Festival. No head. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are apples, spices, fruits and has a nice sweet spicy finish.

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 3. Pours hazy yellow. Has a nice, baked pear aroma, faintly spicy. More spice and sugar in the flavor. Very sweet. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Mild warm finish, Christmas-like spices, good sweetness. Very enjoyable.
