Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear very pale yellowish with a tiny white head. The aroma is soft, sweetish, dull pear, pear skin and white grape. The taste is crisp, fresh tartness, lemon sherbet, tart perry pear, minerals, white grape and a bit of sweet elderflower with a short finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty soft and mellow.

Bottle shared at the Watford tasting, many thanks to Leighton for this one. A very pale petrol coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet prickly pear. Flavour is composed of crisp and tart lemon and pear, prickly pear, tangy slightly sour finish. Plate is crisp tart, acid, highish carbonation. Tangy lemon crisp and refreshing.

Bottle shared in Watford - picked up in Borough Market. Pours clear and very pale, with just a hint of yellow. Moderate ripe pear in the aroma, faint tangy lemon. Light to medium sweet flavour with pleasant tartness, some sugary pears, a nip of mustiness. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Sweet finish, brisk on the palate, with more citrusy tang, semi-ripe pear. Really nice perry. Very drinkable.

From a polypin at the Salutation, Ham, Gloucestershire 2/10/2014. Pale green with a touch of carbonation. Refreshing perry with some medium fruit, touch of funkiness and some tart dryness in the finish. Enjoyable.
