Bottle shared at the Watford tasting, many thanks to Daniel for this one. Aroma is earthy honey, alcohol, light funk, some alcohol, light pear. Flavour is nice fresh honey, pear, hint of funk, floral pollen, sugary honey. Palate is sweet and sugary, moderate carbonation, some warming alcohol. Slightly bity texture.

Bottle thanks to Dan. It pours clear and very pale. The aroma is earthy, hay, floral, subtle honey sweetness and cinnamon cracker. The taste is smooth, sweet, honey, rather floral, pear, apple, white grape, white chocolate and some alcohol warmth with a smooth finish. Medium + body and fine carbonation. Fairly restrained actually. Drinks easier than I expected.

Bottle shared in Watford - big thanks to Daniel. Pours clear with almost no colour. Interesting aroma, some tangy apple almost, hints of honey, grass. Medium sweet flavour, a little funky, with white sugar, faint melon, gooey light honey. Full bodied, flat, and lightly chewy. Finishes with a little alcohol warmth, subtle grassy and floral notes, but more apple, background honey. Interesting stuff. Not bad.
