Box @ Montgomery’s Tower, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy gold with a sour tannic aroma. Taste is rather odd, medicinal and sour with minimal fleshy fruit. Not great.

Keg up the white lady. I asked whether these were the usual BIAB affairs, and they are, but kept in the cellar and hooked up to the draught wine lines. Pours hazy orange with no head. Aromas of tart apples and caramel, faint woody notes. Taste is a bit cheesy, funky apples. Dry finish.
