Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: soft burnt yellow/orange color; one finger white foamy head slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemony whiffs, grassy to herbal, extra citrusy, slightly funky with piney undertones; slight biscuity malts down in there
Flavor: mildly sweet through the prior noted aromas, subtle crisp bitterness riding in underneath, mild aftertaste of piney to herbal to grassy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, medium smoothness on tongue; finishes crisp with a fluffy lemony tone
Overall: I say a nicely done Grissette and I bet I'd want this with some lobster tail the next time I hope to get this beer!

16 oz draft at Otto in Exeter. Aroma is toasted grain, funk, lemon. Flavor has a rustic grain background with notes of funk throughout. Shows a dry lemon finish with some acid. Very respectable.

Pour is a chalky looking yellow with a large white head. Aroma is brett yeast although the can says nothing about brett in the beer. Flavor is tart and tangy with some lemon juice and again a brett like dry farmhouse yeast. A little tart for my liking but this had a nice flavor otherwise.

Pours pale, hazy pear into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Sweet hay, bandaid and brett aromas. Crisp with tart apricot and peach upfront turning to earthy pith before the lasting band aid finish.

Sligtly hazy golden coloured body with a large four to five centimetre tall pure white head that stays afloat for a very long time. Aroma of dry grain, light malts, a touch of floral and herbal elements with a tiny bit of dry hopping noticeable, all with a touch of sweetness. Light-bodied; Strong dry and herbal notes throughout with way more malt than anything else, but a soft dryness and a layer of sugars on top make this slightly enjoyable and flavourful. Aftertaste is once again dry with a little residual hoppy characteristics to go alongside the dry and lightly peppery malt flavours. Overall, not a bad beer, but nothing spectacular, and the yeast strain in here makes it seem more of a lager than an ale, but there just isn't enough complexity, especially for the style to make this a good/great beer, despite the name on the front of the can. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased a few hours ago from Whole Foods in New York (Bryant Park/42nd St), New York on 06-December-2019 for US$4,99 sampeld a few hours later in my hotel room here in New York, New York on 06-December-2019.
