$3.50 pint can, WW. Hazy pale gold with a small white head. grapefruit peel and juice, funk, hay, yeast. Flavor is funk, yeast, lemongrass, citrus peel. Nice flavor.

A hazed yellow blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of resinous floral hops, light coriander, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with loads of coriander, light perfumy notes, nice and smooth. On tap at Ginger Man NYC.

On tap at Oxbow, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, harsh dank hops and biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with spicy earth from the spelt, light farmhouse character and dry hopping. Decently balanced but a bit jangled and harsh. Okay.

Sample at the Portland tasting room. Hazy golden color with a medium ivory white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lacing. Aroma of yeast, citrus, spice and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of herbal yeast, tropical fruit, hops and malt. The finish is fruity hops and yeast. Pretty good all around.
