Bottle. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some yeast, mild spiciness with some peppery tones. Flavour is bready, biscuity, citrusy with some spices and mild yeasty tones to it.

Bright gold, clear, with a tall, pillowy head. Very herbal and spicy nose, honey and citrus, bretty funk, tropical fruit. Citrus and tropical flavors, grapefruit pith, brett. Very bitter finish.

Omnipollo x Prairie Potlatch Saison 7% Clear gold with a fizzy white foam, nice fruity spicy aroma with Brett candy notes. Medium bodied it starts sweetbthe gets bitter and spicy. Quite a clean classic type saison for Omnipollo.
