10 August 2019. At Belgian Beer Geek Tasting. Cheers to the crew, thanks for hosting, Tim! Clear pale golden, lasting, thick, frothy, white head; lots of lacing. Aroma of yellow apple, passionfruit, unripe mandarin, apricot, brett, straw, cheese. Taste is light fruity sweet, hints of apple & mandarin on sour yeast, sourdough, wheat; some bitter grass, pine & grapefruit peel developing in the back. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, grapefruity & bretty at the same time, more funky than lemony. Medium body, slick-creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Mosaic & brett are nicely complementary here.

Tap at Beer Hunters. A bit hazy orange colour, small white head. Leathery, Saison yeasty aroma. Light-bodied. White pepper, pale malty, some sweetness. Simple.

Flaska från Omnipollo. Blekguldig, smådisig med kritvit krona. Vete, citrus, funk, zest, jäst, honung. Lätt kryddigt, stalliga brett-toner, pissoar. Samtidigt snäll för att vara i Prairies spektrum. Krämig, bubblig kropp. Ganska straight-forward och clean, snällt brettig saison. Gott.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, spices, wheat, some ancient grains maybe too? Taste is dough, earthy-herbal, spices, bready, rustic. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A bit weird.
