Can. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. reddish brown colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and moderate sour aroma. Very acetic flavor. Raspberry just present. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Aarhus. Pours dark brown with a light brown head, light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, cocoa, coffee, light wood, tart fruit, little red wine. Flavor is light sweet, light sour, malt, coffee, cocoa, little caramel, light bread, oak, tart fruity, red wine, oak. Medium body, soft carbonation. 300816

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, 6.6% Hazy brown with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, sour fruit, oak, vinegar and sour. Flavour is malt, caramel, dark fruit, sour fruit, oak, little sour, little vinegar, medium sweet and a little dry.

Can. Pours hazy dark orange to pink, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma of oak, berries, dark sugars. Flavor is medium sweet, very light bitter, Flanders red notes plus berries. Medium body. Nice.

Can from Corti Bros. Pours dark copper with a slight, transient head. Aroma is raspberry with a sour note. Light note. Near med body. Flavor is sort of pomegranate with raspberry and something like Brett/wood/earth for sour. Light sour, but the flavors have strong impact. Seems quite dry.

Draft. An unclear red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of wood, brettanomyces, and berries. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces, wood, mold, and berries, leading to a tart finish.

From tap. Pours hazy amber to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is wineous, light metallic. Fruity, wineous. Lingering sweet and sourish. Wineous, wooden and fruity far finish.

16 oz can poured at Chucks. Thanks to beastie for the share. Bummed this is the last time we will be out grabbing a beer before you move, but something tells me it won’t be the last time overall. Pours a copper red with no head. Red cherry dominant aroma with a sour promise. Sweet and tart combined red cherry, with a cool and tart finish. Flanders from a can. I was sold from the very beginning.

16oz can dated 08416, meaning it’s canned on the 8th day of 2016. Lightly ruby dark copper color. A non-acetic American sour red, I’m in love. Aroma is bark and earthy, light cherry. Not sour but cherry. Flavor is cleaner, less earthy , a bit musky. Love it, reminds me of Belgians and not the typical American.
