Can from Corti Bros. Pours dark copper with a slight, transient head. Aroma is raspberry with a sour note. Light note. Near med body. Flavor is sort of pomegranate with raspberry and something like Brett/wood/earth for sour. Light sour, but the flavors have strong impact. Seems quite dry.

16 oz can poured at Chucks. Thanks to beastie for the share. Bummed this is the last time we will be out grabbing a beer before you move, but something tells me it won’t be the last time overall. Pours a copper red with no head. Red cherry dominant aroma with a sour promise. Sweet and tart combined red cherry, with a cool and tart finish. Flanders from a can. I was sold from the very beginning.

16oz can dated 08416, meaning it’s canned on the 8th day of 2016. Lightly ruby dark copper color. A non-acetic American sour red, I’m in love. Aroma is bark and earthy, light cherry. Not sour but cherry. Flavor is cleaner, less earthy , a bit musky. Love it, reminds me of Belgians and not the typical American.
