On keg at the Brewdog Edinburgh. Appearance - muddy brown to black. Nose - mostly orange but lacking chocolate. Taste - much like the nose. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - it grew on me.

On tap @ BrewDog, Soho. It looks like heck this. Murky milky brown with a filmy beige top. Smells a lot better though. Chocolate, hints of vanilla and dark cardboard. Tastes decent also. A nice chocolaty paper base. It has a nice oily texture in the mouth and it's soft prickling on the bubbles. Is there pepper here? Soft licorice also detected and it's lingering roasted. Looks absolutely horrible but tasted quite alright. 21.10.2016

Keg at BD Soho. It pours cloudy darkest brown with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, creamy, Terry’s chocolate orange, milk chocolate, maltesers, earth roast and some coffee grounds. The taste is pretty bitter upfront, charred roast, coffee grounds, cacao nibs, milk chocolate, peppery spice, bitter orange peel with a dry, almost astringent finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. The aroma is quite nice, but the taste doesn’t quite match up. Fun idea, but a bit too bitter and dry.
