Can shared in London - sourced from Canterbury. Pours totally clear yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose holds wheat, yeast, light dough. Medium sweet flavour, lots of boost, yeast, lemon peel. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly warming, some dough, yeast, meringue. Boosty gear.

Bottle shared at Leightons gaff , 19/09/2016. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. A pale yellow golden coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is pale grains, apple, mild saison yeast, wheat. Flavour is composed of lemon abrasive carbonation, alcohol apple, Belgian yeast. Harsh alcohol. Palate is harsh abrasive carbonation, alcohol ok.

Mother Kellyโs. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is smooth and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Dry pale malts, a touch of grain. Fairly spicy mid. Floralness overlays some Vodka like alcohol Trace of citrus.Light dry finish. Itโs okay.
