Our friend from California Mike “Tasty” McDole is a brewing legend, renowned for his fantastically hoppy, brutally bitter West Coast IPAs. We collaborated to create Bayside, a 4.6% Session IPA. Tasty’s favourite hop combination of Centennial, Cascade and Citra impart powerful notes of grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruit. At 70 IBUs, this beer has the bitterness and intensity of a much stronger beer – just the way Tasty likes it.

On tap at the brewery Bermondsey. Hazy amber colour lasting off white head. A little xaramel on the aroma with some grapefruit too . Tasty enough session ipa. Too cold too fizzy but the hops are tasty enough. Ok.
