(Keg at Delirium Cafe Rennes, 20240611) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey, Belgian style yeast and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, Belgian style yeast, fruitiness, honey, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A nice brew with rather strong yeast notes.

Bière pression bue chez Ch'tite Brigitte à Lille. Elle n'est vraiment pas bonne, trop sucrée, basique, ce n'est pas agréable du tout, à ne pas reprendre.

Servida en tulipa, color dorado, espuma blanca bien conservada. Aroma a levadura, pan blanco, bizcocho, pera, manzana verde, lima, especias. En boca es fresca, ligeramente dulce y amarga, algo picante y especiada, es equilibrada, pero hecho en falta algo más de profundidad, el final es medio, con ligeras notas cítricas y amargas. Una cerveza bastante agradable que al menos a mi me satisface más por el olfato que por el paladar, no obstante no esta mal.
