Bottle picked up at Ubrew. It pours black with a decent tan head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, grainy, cheap chocolate, caramel and treacle. The taste is sweet, generic fruity vibe, berry, cheap supermarket cola, toasty and an odd spicy note with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit wishy washy and sweet.

Bottle shared at Leightons place, 29/12/2016. Many thanks ro Paul for this one. A clear dark mahogany brown coloured pour with A lasting light tan head. Aroma is woody roast, sticky black malts, liquorice, little charred woody. Flavour is composed of jammy fruits, chocolate, black forest gateau, cherry and chocolate, liquorice, . Palate is dry roast. Highish carbonation, . Decent dry Stout.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Paul. Pours deep brown with a rich, foamy tan head. Mellow roast in the nose, some ripe and tangy berries, hints of ash. Light sweet flavour with ashy roastted malt bitterness, mild cocoa, some oily chocolate, more leathery berries. Light bodied with average carbonation and oily texture. Finishes with some damp woody tang, more ashy bitterness, earth, cocoa. Not bad overall.
