Cask @ Bole Bridge, Tamworth. Golden with a small head. Session ale that’s not too stated in its style, but pleasant enough.

Cask @ Square Bottle JDW, Chester [070417]
Blonde, clear, dense white head, good lacing
Aroma - well there wasn’t anything - nothing bad
Taste of light pale malt, some soft lemon citrus hops, soft bitter zest, simple gear
Palate - Medium body, little oily, fairly bitter. Finish does have more bitter zest
Overall - SIiple stuff - at least it does what it says on the tin

Half-pint, cask, in a Portsmouth Wetherspoons on 14th March 2017. Clear golden pour, white crown. Light floral and hoppy nose, some citrus flavours in a decent blend: mild sweetness in the finish.

Half pint, cask ale at Ivory Peg (JDW). A patchy white head to a clear golden body. Crocheted lacing. Inviting floral hops on the nose. Hopped fruity flavours with impact of orange drops. Mid-dry fruity bitter end. Refreshing and tasty (Shared with Cunningham, Chelmsford 19.02.2017).

Clear golden color with a white layer on top. Okintensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Easy to drink. Moderate sweet and a fine bitterness. Citric, mellow fruity and malty flavor. Nice session able beer.

Cask (Four Candles JDW, Oxford) - Golden in colour. Grain, citrus and grass in the aroma. The taste reminds me of gas and and is rather odd. Not enjoyable at all.
