A golden yellow multi-grain beer. The beer undergoes dry hopping, a technique in which extra hops are added in cold lagering, which emphasizes the character. A fresh, full and bitter aftertaste makes this unique beer a real experience. Brewed since 2013.

At a tasting, medium long lasting bubbly head, clear yellow color with a greenish tinge, aroma of candy, rose water, roots and floral hints, candy flavor with roots and a pleasant yeastiness, medium bodied, not too heavy. Supprisingly nice and enjoyable.

330ml bottle. Clear, pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally soapy, floral hoppy and mellow malty aroma, a touch of rose hip. Taste is sweet-ish, biscuity and bready malty, floral-fruity overtones with hints of rose hip and a touch of bergamot, some honey, a warming touch of alcohol.

Enjoyed this at Craft Beer Market on Friday. Golden colour with a beautiful creamy off-white head, very long lasting and very nice milkshake-like lace. Pilsner scent at first, with the Belgian Ale yeast coming out right after. Nice grains blends the rest. The taste has some richness to it, but the dry, mild bitter finish helps a bunch. A nice balance between the light pils-like grains and hops. Smooth spices lingers. Quite a refreshing Belgian strong ale with the touch of a pilsner.

A blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, sweet perfumy malt with light chalky character, light mineral notes, light talcum, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with light coriander, light mineral notes, OK. On tap at CRAFT Beer Market, Ottawa.

On tap. Golden colour, big frothy head that stays long, pretty lacing. Aroma is empty, with alcohol and malt. Light bitterness. Boring as hell!

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy pale gold with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves plenty of lace. Fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, lemon rind, peach, banana and Belgian yeast. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, white wine, lemon rind, banana, peach, Belgian yeast, alcohol, spice and floral hops with a crisp, dry, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Decent.
