Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Out of the “bargain” bin. 69p. Served without ice, and ungarnished. Nearly clear, yellow gold. Swirl of white head. Nose has botanical herb. Lemon oil. Flower garland. Taste has a herbal bitterness. Light astringency. Fairly refreshing, really. Definitely wouldn’t think it 6%. Fruity, herbal bitterness to finish. Pretty weird, but I could imagine sitting outside a bar on the Amalfi Coast, knocking pints of this back, and getting utterly wankered on it.
