Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Simply Hops. For this DIPA we settled on a simple malt bill of pale and flaked oats then used a blend of El Dorado, Ella, Hallertau, Comet & Bru-1 hops in the whirlpool and over multiple dry-hop additions. Fermented with the Lallermand New England yeast strain that brings peach esters to meld with the ripe tropical hop aromas.

Can. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, nice mild to medium sweetness. Light hop spice. Good cooling pine very well integrated with smooth citrus and a little citrus peel, modest tropical fruits underneath. Smooth and mildly spicy finish. Suave and engaging.

Can shared in London - thanks to Danny. Pours clear orange with a small, frothy white head. The nose holds white grape, lemon, melon, pale bread. Meidum sweet flavour with some husky pale grains, ripe lemon, watermelon, strawberry. Meidum bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with some resin, sweet pale bread, orange peel, slight pine. Not bad.

Can at L42 - thanks to Dan. It pours clear orange - amber with a small white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, oily, bright, tangerine, clementine, kumquat, orange muffin, brioche, tang and marmalade. The taste is dry, bitter, orange peel, tangy marmalade, juicy, kumquat, clementine, resinous, pine, clean, touch of toffee and a bit of spice. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent gear.
