Mead with black tea and lemon.

It's been a long day. I had to hide out in my burrow for the better part of the day waiting for those damn golfers. But today was my lay, I finally did it. I didn't even need a reason. I wonder if they received total consciousness. It's like a Cinderella story, out of nowhere, a former dancing gopher becomes a killing champion. I had my special drink, a half & half, while I got in touch with that force in the universe that makes things happen. All I had to do was stop thinking...let things happen...and B. THE BALL

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours crisp gold with practically no foam. Aroma is honey and lemon. Body is fairly dense with moderate carbonation, quite some stickiness and some astringency. Taste is sweet at first, then the acidity of lemon juice takes over for a complex taste. Finish is equally complex: the tea remains in your mouth for long, after which the honey comes back.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is lemons mixed with tea leaves and honey. The flavor is indeed close to a "Arnold Palmer" the honey is here but the main characters are tea and lemon. Sweet and herbal all at the same time.

Bottle. Clear golden color with a few bubbles. Aroma is lemon and honey, a fair bit of tea. Tastes sweet up front with the honey before finishing with a lemon citrus taste and lots of tea. Dry lingering herbal tea finish. I was hoping for more of an Arnold Palmer type drink, but still pretty tasty.

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is flower honey, tea,. Taste is tea, peppery, lemon juice, honey sweetness. Ticklish carbonation. The aroma is a bit too "breakfast honey" like for me, but the flavour is excellent. Interesting stuff!

On tap @ Burger Bordello. Slightly unclear golden body with a very small head that totally disappears. Oily consistence without any carbonation. Aroma is mild honey in a very pleasant way as I’m not too keen on the sticky honey stuff. Flavor is sweet with something fruity and berry kinda flavor. There seems to also be some kind of fruity bitterness present together with a little hint of alcohol. Quite full bodied and sweet with a little bitter touch in the aftertaste. Long lasting aftertaste by the way. Has some interesting subtitle flavors besides the obvious honey flavor. Becomes too sweet after a while.
