On tap at Brewdog Liverpool. Pours a near clear deep amber brown with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a combination of earthy dark grains and cherry with a touch of roast backing. Flavor is a bit thin with dark grains and roasted malts with a hint of cherry underlying.

Keg at Brewdog CJ. Slightly smokey sour cherry aroma. Dark blavk with a vine tinge. Thinnest white head. The cherries are prominent, adding a sourness which mixes with the bitter porter characteristics. Light bodied. Pretty thin. Flat carb. Dry finish, with some astringentness to it. Easy drinking. Works.

Keg at BD Camden, 24/10/17. Reddish black topped with a vibrant crimson cap. Nose is light smoke, cherry skins, toffee, brown bread. Taste comprises fruit cake, cherry skins, dried fruits, light bonfire, toffee, a touch musty. Medium bodied, a touch watery, semi drying close. Ok but expected more ... came over rather too thin.

Tap @ Brewdog Brum. Pours dark russet brown, minimal head. Earthy caramel and subtle roast on the nose. Taste is perhaps not as sharp as expected with full, oily body, prominent bitterness, roast with hints of coffee and a very subtle cherry influence. Not getting any smoke at all. Seems a bit confused and not quite as expected from the description.

I wanted (and expected) to like this a lot more than I drop. Perfectly fine, and the cherry hit is good, but not getting enough complexity

On tap at Brewdog, Oxford, Saturday 21st October 2017 on Ritual Union day in the company of John and Geraint. Not totally my thing, the smokiness and sourness are not the best of bedfellows. Sour cherries are rather blunted here by smoke. A little bit stale tasting. Ok. A5 A3 T6 P3 Ov11 2.8
