Keg at Tank and Paddle, City. Sweet and sour lager aroma. Pale gold. Bubbly. Thin translucent white head. Medium bitter with a sickly sweet undertow. Rhin. Slick. Fizzy carbonation. Dry finish OK.

Tap @Wig and Pen, Oxford. Clear pale golden colour, small frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma malts, grain, hay. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, light lemon, metallic notes. Dry sweetbitter aftertaste, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, fresh but quite sharp lager.

On tap at the Albany by Gt Portland Street station, London. Pours golden with an orange tint and a small short lasting off white head. Aroma of light hop, corn and grass, and hint of lemon. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Light body, some creaminess to texture, above average carbonation. Finish became increasingly bitter, and quite gassy. Hoped for better.

On tap at The Understudy London. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. You can almost smell the unfiltered Ness. It’s just so much fuller. The flavour mouth feel and cereal flavour is pretty much spot on for a zwickl. It is pretty good for the style. Good hop bite on the finish. Impressive lager unfiltered in London. Good character good drinkability. Lower than usual carbonation gives it that zwickl feel. Good.

Draft @ the Old Brewery. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy flavor. Has a fruity grassy hoppy finish.

Keg at the brewery - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a fine, white foam head. Good biscuity stuff, some tight cereal, mild bitter straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish with dry and bready malts, light biscuits, mellow bitter straw. A simple but tasty lager.
