Pale blond colour with quick fading head. A simple malty pils. Just a little bitterness in the finish. Preferable to commercial lagers.

12/2/2019. Bottle from the Crosby Beer Shop, Merseyside. Pours clear pale gold with a bubbly/frothy off-white head. Aroma of dank hop, fruit, potato and starch. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Starchy finish. Not good.

Keg at the Tavern, Warrington. Light yellow, a bit hazy with a somewhat loose white head. Lemon peel, some chalky malt in the light aroma. Tastes sweet with a tangy tartness in the back of the tongue. Long medicinal aftertaste. Very well carbonated. Not a particularly interesting beer and very low on character.

Cask at GBBF 2018. It pours clear straw yellow with a medium bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet, doughy bread, grassy, straw and cracker. The taste is dry, bitter, grassy, straw, cracker, rich tea biscuit, chalky, minerals with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not bad at all.
