Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up in Bristol. Pours clear yellow, slightly fizzy. Light-medium sweet flavour with mellow tartness, lemon, tangy pear. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, lightly drying, more peach, acidity, pear, melon. Quenching, complex. Superlative.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours clear greenish - yellow with no head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, vibrant pear, red fruit, fruit pie, melon, honey and tart tatin. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, spritzy, sherbet, tannin, white grape, white wine, pear, apple, straw, grass, oak, hint of vanilla and gooseberry with a dry, lemony finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Classy stuff.
