Bottle shared at Leighton's place 20/06/2018. Many thanks. A clear pale gold coloured pour a white head. Aroma is semi sweet, woody pear, apple, strawberry, light tang. Flavour is composed of crisp apple, pear, woody bark edge, light tang, pithy apple. Palate is nice pithy, crisp, highish carboantion, . Nice dry finsih.

Bottle shared in Hackney - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear yellow. Nice tangy pear in the nose, musty apple skins. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, some bitter apple skin, some ripening pear, a little lemon. Medium bodied with a few bubbles. Clean finish, lightly drying, some acidity. Solid. Refreshing.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours clear very pale straw yellow with medium foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, red pear, sugary, candy, pear juice and fruit pie. The taste is crisp, dry, slightly tart, bit of mouth - pucker, pear, tangy fruits, satsuma, sugary, appletiser, chalky and powdery with tangy pear finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Spritzy. Decent.
