Our latest ’Trans-Atlantic Pale Ale, and our first brew at our new home. Low Colour Maris Otter and wheat malts, Summit at first work, Magnum at boil, then a big dose of Amarillo and Galaxy after flame-out. More galaxy in the fermenter. Huge melon, peach and citrus flavour

Had this at Oxford Beer Festival, Oxford, Thursday 17th October 2013 Pours a straw coloured with some haze and a white head. Punch fruity nose with citrus being the most dominant feature. In the mouth the fruitiness flods through again, There is a softer more exotic fruit in there not sure what but also a streaky sweet juicy citrus flavour underpinning. Tasty, decent beer and a good start in the new premises. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Cask at The Rutland Arms, Sheffield. Hazy straw colour. Tight, white head. Juicy, hoppy, tasty. Of that there is no doubt. However, a tale regarding a work colleagues love life proved overwhelmingly interesting to take more detailed note. Good beer. Good tittle tattle.
