Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow with a white foam head. Dry biscuits in the nose, light hay, very slight butter. Light sweet flavor, with more biscuit, some grassy bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Dry and moderately grassy on the finish. A little harsh and rocky. So so.

Shimmer - Acetone, light sour and grains. Clear gold with a small white head. Bitter grain, odd urinal notes. Not good.

Draught at Discretion Brewing. Clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of grain, bread, light herbal hops and light metal. Taste is very light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of butter, grain and metal. Extremely astringent and grainy. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Awful.

[2/16/15] Draught at Discretion Brewing in Soquel. Clear yellow. Slightly vegetal aroma with a grainy touch and a faint grassy note. Sweetish grainy flavor with a bit of yeast and a mild grassy bitterish hops finish. Light-bodied.

Tap. Pours golden and clear with a small creamy white head that laces well.aroma is very faint, corn, grain. Flavor more pronounced, light sweet with a distinct grassy zesty bitterness on the tongue. Light and refreshing.
