Bottle split at RB Best Encomium share, Santa Rosa, 30/01/16 - Many Thanks to Booby ! Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy citric rinds, straw, peach, orange peel, mellow barrel. Taste comprises damp straw, lemon drizzle, grains, barnyard, yeast esters, apricot, peach, funk level. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid fruity saison action.

Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. Huge thanks to Bobby. A hazed yellow / straw coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is funky jammy fruits, white grape, doughy malts, straw. Flavour is composed of tangy doughy wheat and bready malts, zesty lemon, floral and a pinch of acidity in the finish. Palate is light and refreshing, highish carbonation and tart finish.

Bottle shared by torino at RBWG: Poured a yellow with a white head. Aroma is funky, oak, spice. Taste was super sour fruit and tart. Spicy dry finish.

Bottle. Golden beer with a whitish head. Summer fruit and tart aroma. Tart and yeast flavor with summer fruit and oak. Medium bodied. Tartness and summer fruit lingers with light yeast and light oak.

Bottle, thanks Turdin0! Hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, wood, apple skin and grain. Taste is very light sweet and medium sour with notes of lemon, apple skin and grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice stuff!

Bottle. Pours a hazy gold with small frothy white head. The aroma is funk, apricot, oak. Thin mouth, tart plum, oak, light dry finish, good.
