Bottle split at RB Best awards dinner, thanks to Booby, 30/01/16. Lightly hazed pale golden with a decent off white head. Nose is floral, spice, funk, pissy citric rinds, lemon tones. Taste comprises apricot jam, mellow brett lashings, funk, damp straw, pissy, lemon rind, wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent flavoursome saison.

Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. .Huge thanks to Bobby for this one. An attractive translucent yellow / straw coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is nice bretty funky pineapple, straw , little citrus fruits. Flavour is composed of light rustic grains, bretty, yeast, mineral , pineapple tangy. Palate is fine airy carbonation, refreshing , frothy. Solid.

Bottle thanks to Jeremy! Pours clear pale golden, large white head that dissipates pretty slowly and laces well. Aroma is dusty, Brett forward, hint of lemon, basement. Flavor is dry, very light tart, medium clean Brett funk. Light body, soft carbonation. Pleasant and enjoyable.

[1/30/16] Bottle sample at the Encomium bottle share, after RateBeer Best awards ceremony at Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Hazy pale yellow. Funk, oak, flowers, citrus. Dry, slightly tart.

Bottle shared by t0rin0 at RBWG. Thanks Bobby! It pours a pale yellow color with a white head. The aroma has some nice lemony mango funk. The flavor has depth of funk with some pineapple. Very dry and highly carbonated. Super light and funky. I dig it.

Bottle, thanks Bobby! Light hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, passion fruit, light wood, red apple skin and grain. Taste is dry and light sour with notes of grain, earth, passion fruit, lemon and light wood. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice!

Bottle courtesy of rlgk. pours hazy deep yellow with a big frothy white head that leaves some sparse thick lacing on the glass while dissiapting. Smell is is fun ky with crackers, white bread, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sour, slightly bitter and funky. mouthfeel i tiny tart, dry and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sour and slightly bitter with crackers, white bread, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, barnyard, minerals and lemon zest. Simpel but very very good!
