Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2016. Pours clear, deep brown with a creamy, tan head. The nose holds sugary dark malts, ripening fruits, berries. Medium sweet flavour with sugary bread, more berries, mild toffee. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with continuing bready malt character, some toast, dark fruits. Tasty, if somewhat simple.
