Keg at the brewpub, 29/01/16. Golden orange with a decent off White covering. Nose is caramel, light spice, cream soda, candied fruit rinds. Taste comprises more candied fruit, light spice, caramel wafer - delivers little for the ABV. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Average stuff.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours mostly clear dark gold with a creamy, off-white head. The nose holds lightly toasted malts, spices, touches of wood. Medium sweet flavour with mellow cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, more toasty malts. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet on the finish, lightly sugary, with more cinnamon and gingerbread. Tasty enough.

On tap @ brewpub during RateBeer weekend, January 2016. Lightly hazy, golden orange appearance with a white head. Spicy aroma with vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, and orange citrus. Orange Creamsicle flavor with a lot of citrus, vanilla, and a bit of nutmeg is noticeable. Kinda like a soda. Ok.

Draft at the Marin brewing company larkspur. Light hazed mid orange coloured pour with a pale white froth. Aroma is subdued, woody, cinnamon, orange pale grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet grains, orange rind, nutmeg and cinnamon, little stale grains component. Palate is highish carbonation, hints of spice in the finish. Drying. Not terrible.

Sample at the brewpub. Slightly hazy copper color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of malt and ginger. Light body with flavors of sweet ginger and nutmeg along with some malt. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Slightly above average holiday brew overall.

Pours with a small, off-white head and a hazed orange body. Head fades and leave a bit of lacing. Aroma of coriander, mace, orange, caramel, alcohol and a sort of mineral note. Taste is overly spices with candied oranges and an astringent wheat and yeast note. Fizzy and dry.
