A bright and tropical IPA, Burning Daylight pairs the incredibly mango-saturated Galaxy hops from Australia with citrusy and bright hops from the Pacific Northwest of America. A moderately assertive hop bitterness cuts through its wheat heavy grain bill that provides a delicious graininess without providing maltiness, sweetness, or excessive body, leaving the hops to be the star of the show. Your first whiff of Burning Daylight will strike you with massive amounts of mango, pineapple, papaya, a unique mid-palate of peach, blueberry, and wine grape, only to be followed up with a nice classic and refreshing citrus character.

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau. Pours a hazy yellow with white head. Aroma is moderate citrus, and flavor follows the aroma. Not too bad but nothing special.
