750ML Bottle from Tom.

A - Blood red pour, small 1 finger pink head that faded to a thin line. Certainly pinkish red in the light.

S - A small sulphur aroma with cherry, pit and all with oak. Very similar to other Bu beers

T - Well, this is an explosion of cherry but it’s also an explosion of intense sour. Vinegar, acid, you taste every aspect of the beer but the cherry intensity is so rich and well…intense that it’s redeemable.

M - mouthfeel is on point, good explosion that lingers with sweetness

O - These are all pretty one dimensional but if you love cherry, juice it’s neat.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is fruity with a lot of marionberry and lighter cherry notes. Some acidity in the aroma with a bit of a citrus character and some light wheat. Pours a dark, murky purple with a large, frothy, pink head that recedes quickly and disappears. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light citrus note. Faint wheat notes and hints of oak. Moderate berry notes brightened a bit by the cherry. Hints of tannins and no bitterness. Some medium light, juicy sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer with a balance between the berries and cherries. The cherries help brighten the berry character. Acidity isn’t too sharp and is well balanced by the juicy berry and cherry notes.

Bottle - Sweet raspberry, seeds and berry skins. Reddish with a think white head. Up front immediate tartness, some cherry notes and a bit of a milky funky vegetal finish. The finish persists and isn’t particularly pleasant. Starts with a great bang but unfortunately this one doesn’t end well.

On tap at Tin Bucket. Pours a reddish color with a medium pinkish head. The aroma is massive fresh berries, oak, sour funky cobweb. The flavor is massive sweet berries, some funk, oak, yeah there is sourness in this but not acidic and certainly not aggressive. Awesome as usual.
