On tap at the Sandar. A hazy yellow golden beer with a creamy, white head. Grassy, hayish aroma with some citrus zest and pale malts. There’s a fine bitterness in the mouth, it’s medium bodied and dry, with a nice carbonation level. Grass, pine cones and resins. Lasting finish. Refreshing and tasteful, flavorful. 150531

Bottle at Stuelands Apothek 27.05.15 with EØO and ES. Hazy yellow. Small white head and lacing. Aroma of grass, yellow apples and dandelion, with a slight sourness. Similar taste. Better than most Norwegian pilsners, but still a way to reach Czech standards.

Draft sample @ Berlin Braufest 2015.

Bottle. Almost clear light golden liquid with medium egg shell white head. Aroma of light grain, bread, light citrus, lemon peel, floral hops, noble hops and light honey. Taste is dry and light to medium bitter with notes of light bread, citrus and biscuit. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Nice and drinkable pils. Clean.

On tap at Crowbar, pours a hazy yellow with a medium white head. Nose brings out grass hops, some dry hops, and straw. Flavour is about the same, with a dry grassiness to it and dry cereal quality. Very solid and well-made. Good stuff.
