The early nineties was a very important time in the Macken Bryggeri's staff life, when our youth began to forge our personalities and our world views. The series has a unique dramaturgy, which led us all initially to believe that this was about a small town, a murdered homecoming queen and the honest and chivalric FBI-agent sent to investigate her tragic demise. What we did not know, was that this multifaceted drama withheld deep existential issues and supernatural elements that crept upon its audience and planted seeds that would continue to grow within us, and that this plant still spreads its roots and sends tingling sensations through us when we return to its haunted woods.
