0,33 flaske fra Systembolaget Malmø, siste kveld på hytta nov-17: klar rødbrun rav med fint skum rsom henger med. Grapefrukt, aprikoser, rosiner/korinter og eukalyptus sammen med noe urteaktig i en solid maltkropp med mørke karameller. Kan gjerne drikke denne igjen. Kraftig og god, perfekt etter en cykeltur på en kold novemberaften.

Amber with off white head - Fruity hop aroma - Malt body to support a hop profile that has some fruity tones and a good bitterness - The hop bitterness goes into the finish that ends dry - This was nice

Bottle picked up from Systembolaget Stockholm, November 2016 consumed at home Sunday 4th December 2016 whilst making a Moussaka. Pours chestnut brown in colour with a white head atop, jolly good clarity with this beer. Some toffee in the mouth, despite the name the hops take a back seat here, there’s a fruity and spice edge here but hops not really offering a lot, nonetheless it’s pretty good. A6 A5 T6 P3 Ov12 3.2

Bottle at home. Pours a clear mahogany color with a khaki head. Fruity and sweet aroma of diacetyl, bubble gum, peaches, caramel, soda and pine. The flavor has pine, dried apricot, caramel, wort and leather. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, medium body and a balanced bitterness. A sweet and malty IPA. Too bad with the diacetyl, but interesting dark IPA.

Bottle from Systembolaget in Stockholm. The beer starts great flora, intense fresh with a mild and slightly malty-sweetish body. The hops are intense, fresh grassy with nice grapefruity hints together with pine and resin. Smooth, nice long-lasting aftertaste. Moderate bitterness on an intense high-hopped brew! Great!! But why is this specially "Winter"?? I couldn’t taste the promised chocolate and toffee...

Flaske 330ml. Spandert av Rune. Delt med ham og Stefan på Nerstranda 11 Mar 15. Mørk amber. Lavt luftig skum. Rik fruktaroma med hint av brøddeig. Inviterende. Smaken balansert. Krydder & karamell. Svakt bitter ettersmak. Mer en ESB enn en IPA.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear amber with a beige head. Lovely fruity aroma with some aroma hops playing uo as well. Medium body, fruit and caramel and some late roastiness. And even later a little hops kick in. But not a hoppy IPA as such. A little metal notes as well, but definitely drinkable. 270315

330ml bottle provided by djoeye. Stable beige head to a deep copper coloured body. Brittle caramel on the nose, semi-dry. Mixed taste profile of dough, raisin, nuts, and caramel offset by drying bitterness to the ending. Fits the season nicely (Shared at Finns place in Tromsø 11.03.2015).
