Bottle. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Cloudy, yellow gold. Glossy, foamy, lasting, white head. Nose has bretty funk. Orange rind. Vanilla oak. Damp straw. Lime juice. Smells great. Taste has a citrus sweetness. Turns grassy, woody dry. Minimal bitterness. Light sourness on the back end. Foamy mouthfeel. Lots of soft fizz. Finishes with a light, lemon tanginess, drying out a fair bit on the close.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow with a white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has lots of earthy wheat and funk with a slight hint of funky tropical fruits. Flavor has similar notes of earthy wheat, funk and a hint of sweet but funky tropical fruits.

Sampled from bottle at Kingsnight Avoidance Tasting. Hazy pale golden with white head. Herbal leman, fresh coriander, cloves, soapy, yeasty. Light sweet, faint sour and saltiness, light bitter. Light body, chalky texture, medium carbonation.

Bottle shared at Kings night avoidance tasting. Gusher. Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, Brett, barnyard, wheat notes, light orange peel. Flavour is light to moderate sweet, light bitter and light sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at Kingsnight tasting. Slight gusher. Murky light golden with white head. Funk, lime, soft herbs, flour, dry herbal notes, lemon balm, mineral water, coriander. Light sweet and sour with soft herbal bitter finish. Medium bodied. Bit too herbal.

KRS 121215. Golden-yellow colour with an white head. Aroma is brett, orange, lemon. Flavour is breyy, orange, lemon, citrus, funk, fruit. Extremely easy drinkable beer.

Bottle 375ml. [ As Crooked Stave St. Bretta (Late Spring) ].Unclear medium yellow color with a large, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, citrus, lemon, moderate to light heavy yeasty, grape, funky - brett. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and bitter with a long duration, tart, wheat, spicy, lemon - citrus, funky - bretty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20160109]
