clear brown, small offwhite head. hoppy aroma, slightly spicy, hoppy, like a barleywine sweet malts, but a little more bitter from yeasts. flavor is flowery and woody sweetness, sweet malts, the flowery notes are quite intese for a barley wiene.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of joergen. Pours a caramel coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet caramel and coconut aroma, perhaps blackcurrant - any Sorachi Ace in there - or Nelson Sauvin? Medium-bodied only, caramel, a slightly oaky woodiness with some late bitterness and a little alcohol. Nice alright if not exactly a BIG beer. 031212

Draught@SBWF2012. Reddish amber colour with a slightly off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, fruits, wood, earth and some mild earthyness. Flavour is sweet wood, toffee, some mild spices as well as some quite nice bitterness in the finish. Nice balance, and hides the alcohol well.

Draught at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2012. Clear, red amber liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of licorice, candy, caramel, biscuit, banana and some plastic. Taste is light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of bubble gum, candy and caramel. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Quite all right.
