On tap. Pours an orange amber with little head. Aromas of farmyard, sharp funk, grapes and wheat. Flavors of lemons/limes, green oak, grapes and sharp soured wheat. Pretty much like the Oude Gueuze. Ok it’s flat. good enough though.

Draft - Light funk, citrus and grape. Cloudy gold with no head. Nice and light, touch of tartness, touch of funk and a citrus and white grape note. Very easy drinking.

Cask at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours lightly cloudy amber. Aroma is very funky, farmhouse and stables, elderflower. Body is medium, no carbonation, lightly tart and sour, but the lacking carbonation makes it feel like a syrup. Still harmonic, yet not as refreshing as a carbonated beer. Good.

Tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy dark golden with a few big bubbles and a very thin ring of minuscule bubbles. Lactic, hay, quite some funk, a bit rubbery, wood, twigs, some dusty herbs, light sweet malts. Light sour and under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with no carbonation. Pretty good but there’s some light rubbery notes that I don’t like much.
