Tap at De Paas. Clear golden with some little bubbles. Light dry fresh apple juice, musty apple skins, light wood and grass. Then some dry white wine, almost champagne like, with dusty cellar. Light sweet and quite dry finish with soft lingering bitter apple skin and a tart touch. Light bodied with light fizzy carbonation. Decent.

500ml bottle. Sparkling, yellow golden colour, foam white head that diminishes and aroma of sourish apple & vanilla. Tangy apple flavour, with apple skins, woody, vanilla & brett notes. Good balance of tartness, sweetness and acidity. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
