0,5 flaske fra The Village Shop Roadwater, på Forches: klar gylden med svært kort skum, litt karbonering. Mild aroma og behagelig smak av engelske ciderepler. Halvsøt avslutning uten at det skjer noe særlig.

500ml bottle @ Cromwell's Tap House in the company of Sophie, Martin & Laura. Pours a clear shiny gold. Nicely fresh, clean with soft floral desert apple notes, soft carbonation. Not too much going on here, but nice enough.

Bottle from Cooperative Supermarket, Salcombe. Lighter golden cider with a very light activity for a sparkling cider. Nevertheless there’s a fair apple aroma and flavour with its strength not too evident.

On 23rd Jan 2020 I decided to change all my 34 'ticks' for no-beers into rates. Every 'tick' scored a '3', this will not change as they become 'rates'. My 'ticks' were Ciders, Meads, Perrys and Sake. This is a cider!

On tap at Paradiso Georgetown, pours a clear gold with just some thin, white head. Nose has apples, apple juice, some cheese cloth, a little soggy bread maybe. Flavor has crisp, juicy apples, light yeast, a little honey. Finishes off dry. Drinkable.

Bottle thanks to Fergus. It pours clear pale yellow with a small whiteboard head. The aroma is sweet, oily, juicy, apple juice, candied, toffee apple and candy. The taste is crisp, quite sweet, yet clean, apple juice, red apple, pear, apple skin, sugary, tannin, black tea and earth with a bone dry finish. Medium body and fine, fizzy carbonation. Not bad.
