Belonging to the renowned family of Belgian Tripels, Grisette Tripel Bio glutenfree is notable for the unique character of its aromas and flavours, produced through a rare combination of classicism and modernity. This top-fermenting beer, which undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, releases a subtle palette of aromas. With its warm, golden blonde colour, it is clear and glistening. The head is fine and compact. Full of flavour and refreshing, this beer is suitable for every season.
Like Grisette Blonde, it does not undergo any biochemical treatment and is certified organic and glutenfree.

Yamaya find at 2 for 500Β₯, theyβve added to this series lately so I thought Iβd give it a try. St-Feuillien Grisette Bio Tripel 8% Pretty good with soapy white foam that vanished fast but left some lacing. The aroma has eggy wheat, spice and fruit with a touch of sulfur. Medium bodied and dry, classic Belgian flavor but it feels a bit more wheat spice Belgian than a big boozy fruity Tripel Iβm used to. Decent beer and decent for that price.

Huge, very dense yellowish head over clear copperish golden beer. Toasted notes, spicy - peppery character; spicy plant leaves as spinach or such; faintly roasted and arachide. Again very spicy, peppery flavour. Slight toast, some discreet hopbitterness. Again leafy and a background mild malty sweetness. Seems well attenuated and very well carbonated. Medium bodied at best, slick. Better than the sum of its parts, and better as expected. Brewed at Le RΕulx - or Purnode?

Donkergeel bier met veel schuim wat niet erg lang blijft staan. Smaak is bitterzoet en licht kruidig met iets van banaan, ietwat gras en appel. Gewoon goed.

250ml bottle. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is gluey Belgian yeast, mineral, woody hop. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a rich, slightly oily, yeasty, boozy, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nice enough, but nothing special.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Nose has a little yeast and some overripe fruit. Solid malty body, subtle yeast, again some overripe fruit, a rather prickly carbonation and some warming alcohol in the finish. Very little complexity and lacking the freshness of the Blonde. 240220

25cl bottle from Dolma Magasin, Ixelles, Brussels. F: big, white, good retention. C: gold, almost clear. A: malty, bready, bit caramel, fruity, honey. T: malty, bready, bit caramel, decent bitterness, bit honey, bit warming alcohol, bit too raw for me yet bio and GF so ok, drinkable, medium body and carbonation.
