Our new Dry Stout is very easy drinking with a coffe like taste and bitterness with a dry hint at the end. This craft beer has a creamy head, a dark brown color and only 4.7% ABV. With a light mouthfeel, it’s a beer to enjoy anytime.

Dark brown colour. Dry mouthfeel, roasted malt, some roasted nuts, but not too aggressive; a bit metallic. Ok

330ml at Sales Force. Appearance: brown with a tan head. Aroma: roasted malts, slight sweetness and fruitiness. Taste: very dry, very bitter and roasty, and a bit smoky. Overall: too bone dry to be very nice, but it's not bad for what it is.

Bottle. Medium brown. No head. Some kind of cocoa sort of aroma. Dry, fairly smokey, touch of chocolate, maybe a bit of acidity.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown / black with a small beige head. Aroma is very dry, with bready malt and some earthy hops. Flavour is dry and clean, with bready malt, earthy hops, and some woody notes. Dry and earthy. Solid stuff.

Irish style dry stout brewed in Luxemburg and tasted from nitro tap at Dok Noord in Ghent. Thick, creamy, pale beige, membrane-lacing, stable head; ink black robe, leaving almost no light through even under bright sunlight. Aroma of ground hazelnuts, Ersatz chocolate, crumbled dry cookies, hard caramel, nutmeg, vague salmiak touch, bitter black chocolate, haemoglobin-like iron. Sweetish onset but restrainedly so, certainly not as ‘dry’ as announced, with a light sourish undertone and a very subtle umami touch; medium carb, soft mouthfeel with the typical creaminess to it you get from being nitro-tapped. Slick bitter-chocolatey maltiness, hazelnutty and a tad coffeeish in the end but the roasted bitterness altogether remains relatively soft and mild, even if a light powdery coffee grounds bitterness does linger in the end. Easygoing, accessible and very ‘drinkable’ dry stout, no complaints here, but for me personally, presenting itself as a ‘dry stout’, it could have been even ‘drier’ or at least more roasted bitter.
