0.33 l bottle. Deep copper, thick head. Simple pale ale, but surprisingly not bad. It has a certain resinous hoppy note both in aroma and taste, and it’s present in the finish too. Nothing outstanding, but by far not the worst macro shot in the style.

Can sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Odi. Clear amber. Citric hops, malt, a bit of caramel, sweetish, bitter finish.

Tight creamy off white head stayed on a clear reddish brown still body - looks like an English Pale Ale. Spicy tea aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the tongue with a clean back. Bitter/Sweet tastes of citrus, tea, spices, earth & biscuit.

500ml can thanks to djoeye for sharing. An off-white bubbly head resting over a deep amber coloured body. Moderate smell of earthy malts and ripe fruits. Malt-fruity taste character of toffee and dried fruits. Rounder bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Satisfying. (Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 03.08.2019).

33cl bottle (0,79€) from Auchan Cotroceni supermarket in AFI Cotroceni in Bucharest in Romania. F: big, egg-white, good retention. C: dark red amber to coppery, clear. A: malty, citrus, toast, grapefruits, tangerine, bit pine resin, tropical fruits. T: medium malty backbone, bit orange, weak pine, bit tropical fruits, toast, some caramel, citrus, taste is bit weak compared to aroma yet still for “Heineken beer” not bad, medium body and carbonation, partially enjoyed.

330mL bottle, pours a deep dark copper with a small beige head. Nose brings out bready malt, wirh very little hop character. Flavour is dull, with bready malt, some cardboard and pretty much no hop character. Dull, seemingly old and just lifeless. No good.

Bouteille 33cl @ Niamey's craft beer tasting, thanks to our Romanian colleague.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Clear dark brown, beige had. Ripe grapefruit, candies citrus peel, dry leaves, some background bready notes. The taste toffee and caramel forward, yet not overly sweet. Some candied citrus coming through, earthy notes. Soft carbonation, moderate spicy/zesty bitterness. Quite good, actually.
