Golden coloured body with a pale, pure white single centimetre tall head that fades down to just about nothing on top. Aroma of fake astringent lemons and citrus with a heavy hand of rum, medicine and a touch of mint on the finish (not sure if that was intentional). Light-bodied; Sugars dominate with not much else, perhaps a touch of herbs, grass and wheat, but no real sugars or complexity to make this unique. Aftertaste is subdued with a little grassy notes, a touch of very mellow and understated malts and a hint of yeast and alcohol with a softer citrus and very soft yeast note with some light cardboard and wheatier malts that leave nothing on the palate and nothing too pungent at all. Overall, a pretty soft beer that goes down easily and if nothing else, doesn't have any complexity either way and is very easy-to-drink throughout. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased a few minutes ago from Champion [supermarche] in [downtown] Papeete, Tahiti, French Polynesia on 01-August-2019 for XPF290 sampled a few minutes later at my hotel here in Papeete.

F: big, white, good retention. C: gold, clear. A: malty, sweet artificial lemon, grassy, lemon lemonade. T: malty, sweet lemon lemonade, bit white sugar, light citric acid, light body and medium carbonation, ok for what it is so why not another tick from FP, 33cl bottle from Champion Moorea supermarket in Moorea.
