F: huge, creamy, white, long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, citrus, bit grapefruits, light floral, hint of pineapple. T: malty, caramel, citrus, light grassy, peach, bit bready, medium body and carbonation, simple yet nice one, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Carrefour @ Cours St Michel in Brussels.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 19/07/2021. Première bière de cette brasserie qui semble ignorer le léger homonyme avec sa consœur de Lot. Dorée portant sur léger orangé-ambre, col blanc. Arôme est assez classique belge, retrouve un effet fruité abricot lié au sucre qui confère un léger effet tropical et agrumes. En rétro, le malt revient et procure un petite effet noisette et pecan. Palais porte des notes de grains - touche de caramel, biscuité sur un fruité plaisant d'abricot et pêche. Pointe de citronné. Effervescence est moyenne, le tout est classique avec une levure plutôt belge, relevé sur la fin par un houblonné plus agrumes et finement citronné noble.

Bottle from Les Fleurs. Orange caramel with a frothy head. Aroma of fruit and malt. Flavour is sweet malt, caramel fruit, sugar syrup texture, honey hop finish.

Clear dark orange to amber beer, irregular off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, caramel, grains, hay, unstable. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, caramel, bit sweet, sweet, sugary. Aftertaste: bit sourish, malty, caramel, sweet, bit hopy, grassy, hay, bitterness, cow fodder, grains, hoppy finish, bit of hay.
