Clear deep blond beer, solid creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: spicy, herbal, some coriander, hay, cow fodder. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: bit sourish, some citrus, bitter, bit spicy, coriander, some banana. Aftertaste: spicy, little bitter, herbal, malty, grains.

14/02/2019 - 33cl bottle from a trade with rubin77. Clear light yellow, big white head. Nose is malty, unripe banana, bit yeast. Taste is thin, malts, unripe banana, yeast, thin aftertaste. Had expected more

F: huge, snow-white, good retention. C: straw, bit hazy. A: malty, floral, spicy, grassy, bite herbal, fruity, yeasty touch. T: light malty backbone, dry grassy, herbal, floral, light yeasty, bit orange, basement, nice balanced, easy drinkable beer according to style, bit sour touch yet not disturbing, very good beer from distant brewery close to French border, 75cl bottle from the source.
