The Pépite is a highly fermented golden blond beer. Light in alcohol content, yet it has a soft and balanced body. As it is heavily hopped, the beer has a pleasant bitterness in addition to a fruity, herbal aroma. Ideal as an aperitif or to cool off in the evening, the Pépite is truly an everyday beer, or close to it!

Bottle. Cloudy dark-yellow orange with large spongy off-white head that dissipated fast, light hops aroma, hoppy taste, medium carbonation, abruot finish. Not bad but would improve with a bit more hops.

Bottle from Au Grain d’orge, Crissier
Cloudy amber color, medium sized creamy head. Some aroma of malt, hops and yeast. smooth mouthfeel, some malt flavor, but also too much yeast presence, and therefore a light touch of vegetables and light final astringency; relatively string bitterness.
I heard that they wanted to work on their Cascade, but it doesn’t seem so, maybe too green too.
