Hazy pale yellow colour, moderate sized creamy white head; aroma and taste of grainy-bread crusty, citrusy, some coriander and minimal hoppy notes; quite good one

(Keg at Brasserie du Molard, 20190915) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had coriander, citricness and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, coriander, citricness, lightly malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had fruitiness, spiciness and bitterness. A decent but too thin witbier.

Draught at the brewpub, Geneva. Yellow and cloudy with a perfect little head. Orange peel and sweet spice aroma. Mild sweet taste with a slightly soapy finish. Pleasant but too simple and too thin, although itβs the best of the three Molard beers.

(Tap at Brasserie Molard / Lord Nelson) Opaque whitish yellow / straw with reasonable head. Aroma of lemon with a hint of barnyard. Light body and carbonation. Citrusy foretaste with subtle but complex earthier flavours. Overall, refreshing and kind of interesting.

Cloudy light blond color. Some light spicy and hoppy aroma. Medium body, a residual sweetness, but too simple.

Cloudy, pale blond color. Unfortunately served with a lemon slice. Quite nice hop and spices aroma. Fresh but too watery.
