Bottle from BiervanEijk, Steenwijk. Aroma is spicy belgian yeast with malt, candy sugar, some floral notes, sugary fruit. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet, light bitter. Body is medium. Run-of-the-mill Belgian Blonde.

(bottle 0,33l Advent calendar from Beershop.cz online shop) Overall: Sweet with subtle spiciness. Ok. Aroma: Light spicy, sweet, malt. Appearance: Clear golden. Persistent white head. Taste: Medium sweet, malt, light spicy. Palate: Medium body. Higher carbonation.

Bottle from Seijo Ishii. Clear medium to deep gold with a tall head and vigorous effervescence. Spicy, lemony, bready nose, orange, lemon, bread, touch of honey, touch of oxidation. Lemony, a bit sweet, light yeast character, honey, biscuits. A bit heavy and sweet for the style, and I suppose not particularly fresh (this is the one Belgian style that really should be fresh). Not bad.
